1. New Occupancy:  New occupants of the premises, even if previously receiving electric service, must fill out an  Application  with the company before continuing use of electric service.  Please fill out  Application and fax it back to

2. Vacating Premises:  Customers who have been receiving electric service must notify the company when discontinuing service, otherwise they shall be liable for the service by their successors should said successors refuse to pay.
